基于数据挖掘结肠黑变病中药用药规律探究

Study on the Law of TCM Usage in Colon Melanosis Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术探究国内中医治疗结肠黑变病(MC)的中药用药规律。方法检索自建库以来至2019年12月30日收录于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台及维普数据库(VIP)中关于中药治疗MC的文献,运用频数分析、关联分析等数据挖掘方法,对其用药规律进行统计分析。结果根据纳入标准共纳入文献41篇,拆分得中药处方69条、中药111味。中药使用总频次748次,其中高频出现的药物有白术、当归、黄芪等;药物归经以脾经、肺经、胃经为主;统计高频药物归类,补气药居首,补血药、理气药次之;总结常用药对白术-黄芪、川芎-红花等12个,核心组合白术-黄芪-当归等5个。结论治疗MC中药用药以益气养阴、补血润肠为主,兼以理气祛瘀,必要之时标本兼顾,灵活权变加减。

Objective To use data mining technology to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of melanosis(MC).Methods The self-built database was searched and the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of MC were collected from China national knowledge network(CNKI),Wanfang data knowledge service platform and VIP database until December 30,2019.Frequency analysis,association analysis and other data Mining methods,and statistical analysis were used to analyze its medication rules.Results A total of 41 literatures were included according to the sodium exclusion standard,and 69 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and 111 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were separated.The total frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine was 748 times.Among them,high frequency drugs are atractylodes,angelica,astragalus,etc..The main route was spleen,lung and stomach.Statistical classification of high-frequency drugs,Qi tonic drugs first,blood tonic drugs,Qi regulating drugs second.To sum up the common use of atractylodes atractylodes-astragalus,chuanxiong-safflower 12,the core combination of atractylodes-astragalus-angelica and other 5 pieces.Conclusion In the treatment of MC,traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to nourish Qi and Yin,enrich blood and moisten intestines,and also to regulate Qi and remove blood stasis.When necessary,the specimens should be taken into consideration,and the changes can be made flexibly.
