眼针结合熥疗治疗中风后肌张力增高的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Tong Therapy in the Treatment of Increased Muscle Tension after Stroke

目的观察眼针结合熥疗治疗中风后肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法将80例中风后肌张力增高患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予单纯运动疗法治疗,试验组在给予运动疗法的基础上予以眼针结合熥疗治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、改良Ashworth分级量表评分、简化Fugl-meyer评分量表评分及日常生活能力评定Barthel量表评分。结果治疗后,两组患者改良Ashworth分级量表的级别下降,且试验组下降幅度高于对照组(P <0.01)。中医证候评分、简化Fugl-meyer肢体运动功能量表评分、日常生活能力评定Barthel量表分数均下降,且试验组下降幅度高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论眼针结合熥疗能够改善患者中医证候,明显降低中风后肌张力增高患者的肌张力及运动能力,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the eye acupuncture combination Tong treatment efficacy for the treatment of increased muscle tone after stroke.Methods 80 patients with increased muscle tone after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each.Control group to give simple exercise therapy,and the treatment group was given exercise therapy on the basis of eye Tong therapy treatment in combination with the acupuncture.TCM syndrome score,modified Ashworth scale score,simplified Fugl-Meyer Scale score and Barthel scale score were compared between the two groups of Patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the grade of the modified Ashworth scale in the two groups decreased,and the decrease rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).TCM syndrome score,simplified Fugl-meyer physical motor function scale score and Barthel scale score of daily living ability all decreased,and the decrease rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of eye acupuncture and Tong therapy can improve the TCM syndromes of patients,significantly reduce the muscle tone and exercise capacity of patients with increased muscle tone after stroke,and improve the quality of life of patients.
