针刺配合大柴胡汤加减对肩袖损伤术后肩关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Modified Dachaihu Decoction on Rehabilitation of Shoulder Joint Function after Rotator Cuff Injury

目的观察针刺配合大柴胡汤加减对肩袖损伤术后肩关节功能恢复的影响。方法选择2018年2月—2019年10月收治的86例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。两组患者均接受常规治疗方案,在此基础上,对照组联合针刺疗法,观察组给予针刺配合大柴胡汤加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效、肩关节功能及自理能力恢复情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率优于对照组,且观察组治疗后关节疼痛、日常活动、关节活动范围、肌力及总分、功能独立性测量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论针刺配合大柴胡汤加减治疗肩袖损伤术后,可促进患者肩关节功能恢复,提高患者术后自理能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with modified Dachaihu Decoction on the recovery of shoulder joint function after rotator cuff injury.Methods 86 patients with rotator cuff injury who admitted in the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,control group was given acupuncture therapy,and observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with modified Dachaihu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function and recovery of self-care ability were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,compared with control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher,the joint pain,daily activities,range of joint motion,muscle strength and total score,FIM score in observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modified Dachaihu Decoction in treatment of rotator cuff injury can promote recovery of shoulder joint function,and increase postoperative self-care ability of patients.
