摘要
以苜蓿幼苗叶片为材料,对其进行50,100,150,200,250 mmol·L-1混合苏打盐碱胁迫,分析苏打盐碱胁迫对苜蓿幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白和5种酶活性的变化,并利用隶属函数法综合分析苜蓿幼苗适宜的模拟混合苏打盐碱浓度.结果表明,随着混合苏打盐碱浓度增加,幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先升后降的趋势,过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性呈逐渐上升的趋势,150 mmol·L-1混合苏打盐碱浓度为LM807幼苗模拟最适处理浓度.
Alfalfa seedlings leaves were used as experimental materials,they were treated with 50,100,50,200,250 mmol·L-1soda saline alkali stress.Analyzed the changes of soluble protein and five enzyme activities in Alfalfa seedlings leaves under soda salt alkali stress.The suitable concentration of simulated mixed sodas and alkalinity of Alfalfa seedlings was analyzed by membership function method.The results showed that,with the increase of mixed soda concentration,soluble protein content,phenylalanine ammonia lyase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities first increased and then decreased,while the activities of catalase and ascorbate peroxidase increased gradually.150 mmol·L-1 mixed soda concentration was the best simulated concentration for LM807 seedlings.
