科技创新促进先进制造业基地发展研究——以泉州市为例

Research on the Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industry Base Promoted by Technological Innovation——Taking Quanzhou as an example

科技创新和先进制造业发展是带动经济增长的重要引擎。通过分析科技创新和先进制造业基地建设的耦合关系,认为科技创新是先进制造业基地建设的关键驱动要素,同时先进制造业基地发展为科技创新带来良性竞合和技术传递的契机,并以泉州市为例,根据其科技创新和先进制造业基地建设的现状分析,指出当前存在科技创新能力薄弱、高端科技人才储备不足、科技创新与产业发展未能实现有效衔接以及产业集群的协同效应发挥较低等问题,最后从促进创新能力培养、创新人才引进和培育机制、加强协同创新、完善配套服务、优化产业集群五个方面提出泉州市加快科技创新促进先进制造业基地发展的路径建议。

Technological innovation and the development of advanced manufacturing industry are important driving forces for Quanzhou's economy.Through the analysis of the coupling relationship between technological innovation and the construction of advanced manufacturing industry base,this paper holds that technological innovation is the key driving factor for the construction of advanced manufacturing base,and the advanced manufacturing bases provides an opportunity to compete,cooperate and technology transfer for technological innovation.Besides,according to the analysis of the current situation of the technological innovation and advanced manufacturing base in Quanzhou,it points out that there are still some deficiencies,such as the weakness of ability of technological innovation,lack of scientific and technological talents,ineffective link between technological innovation and industry and low synergy of industrial clusters.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions of how technological innovation promote the development of advanced manufacturing industry base quickly from five aspects:promoting the cultivation of innovative ability,optimizing the mechanism of talents introduction and cultivation,strengthening collaborative innovation,perfecting supporting services and optimizing industrial clusters.
