高质量发展视域下传统产业转型升级路径——以三明市为例

Transformation and Upgrading Path of Traditional Industries in the Perspective of High Quality Development——Taking Sanming city as an example

贯彻新发展理念,实现价值链和产品附加值的提升是产业高质量发展的必然要求。选取三明市传统产业为研究对象,应用层级分析法,探索区域传统产业高质量发展路径,分析三明市传统产业转型升级存在产品结构单一,高附加值产品少;研发投入低,创新能力弱;数字化转型较为迟缓;产业关联度不高;高质量人才紧缺等问题,提出优化产品结构,提高附加值;依托开放式创新,提升创新能力;激活新动能,加快与数字化融合发展;优化升级传统产业链,推动产业集聚;优化人才生态环境,助力传统产业转型升级等相关建议。

To carry out the new development concept,and realize the promotion of value chain,product-added-value is the inevitable requirement of high-quality industrial development.This paper chooses Sanming city’s traditional industry as the research object,applies the hierarchical analysis method to explore the high-quality development path of regional traditional industry,and analyzes the existing problems in the Transformation and upgrading of traditional industries of Sanming city’s traditional industry,such as single product structure,few high-value-added products,low investment in research and development,weak innovation ability,slow digital transformation,low industrial relevance,shortage of high-quality talents,etc.,so as to puts forward optimization Product structure,increase added value;rely on open innovation,improve innovation ability.Therefore it’s required to activate the new kinetic energy,accelerate the integration with digital development;optimize and upgrade the traditional industry chain,promote industrial agglomeration;optimize the talent ecological environment,help the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and other relevant suggestions.
