四川省高新区发展现状与对策研究

Study on the Current Development Situation and Countermeasures of Sichuan High-tech Zones

作为落实科技创新政策、发展高新技术产业的重要平台,高新区的高质量发展对于区域创新驱动发展和产业转型升级具有重要意义。通过对四川省高新区相关数据的统计分析,从多个维度分析了其发展现状,并从创新能力、发展质量、开放水平、可持续能力等方面总结了其存在的问题,提出了推进四川省高新区高质量发展的对策建议。

As an important platform of implementing science and technology innovation policies and developing high-tech industries,high-quality development of high-tech zones had great significance for regional innovation driven development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the statistical analysis of the relevant data of Sichuan High-tech Zones,analyzed the current development situation from various dimensions,summarized the existing problems from the aspects of innovation ability,development quality,opening level and sustainable ability,etc.,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of Sichuan High-tech Zones were put forward.
