生态环境治理是一项复杂的系统工程。探究资水流域生态环境多元共治机制,可以为加强生态环境治理提供参考。以资水流域为对象的研究表明,构建生态环境多元共治机制在认知能力、组织运行、制度构建等方面还存在明显不足,要形成多元共治机制需要进一步树立共治理念、明确权责、健全制度和优化结构。

Ecological environment management is a complex system engineering.The study on the multiple co-governance mechanism of ecological environment in zishui river basin can provide reference for strengthening the ecological environment governance.The study on the resource-water basin shows that the construction of multi-governance mechanism of ecological environment still has obvious deficiencies in cognitive ability,organizational operation and system construction,etc.To form the multi-governance mechanism,it is necessary to further establish the concept of co-governance,clarify rights and responsibilities,improve the system and optimize the structure.
