中医综合方案急诊治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of emergency treatment of acute alcoholism with comprehensive Chinese medicine program

目的探究中医综合方案急诊治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的急性酒精中毒患者114例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组采取西医基础治疗方式,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上采取中医针药治疗方式。比较两组共济失调积分、止吐时间与生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组共济失调积分、止吐时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性酒精中毒患者采取针药综合治疗,临床治疗效果显著,可积极改善患者临床症状,提升日常生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency treatment of acute alcoholism with TCM comprehensive plan.Methods 114 patients with acute alcoholism admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.The improvement of ataxia score,antiemetic time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of ataxia and the time of antiemetic in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of acupuncture and medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of daily life of patients with acute alcoholism,which is worthy of clinical application..
