阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙治疗血栓前状态致早期习惯性流产的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in the treatment of early habitual abortion caused by prethrombotic state

目的探究阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙治疗血栓前状态致早期习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月至2020年2月接收的60例早期习惯性流产患者,按照不同治疗药物分为对照组(低分子肝素钙治疗)和观察组(低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林治疗),各30例,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组D-D、PAI-1水平低于对照组,TT时间长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药后足月产率、活产率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙治疗血栓前状态致早期习惯性流产在改善临床指标,提高妊娠结局,降低用药后不良反应发生率等方面具有显著优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in the treatment of early habitual abortion caused by prethrombotic state.Methods 60 patients with early habitual abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group(treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium)and observation group(treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin),with 30 cases in each group according to different therapeutic drugs.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The D-D and PAI-1 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the TT time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The full-term delivery rate and live birth rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in the treatment of early habitual abortion caused by prethrombotic state has significant advantages in improving clinical indicators,improving pregnancy outcome and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions after medication.
