无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局的影响研究

Study on the effect of painless delivery on labor process and pregnancy outcome

目的探讨无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年11月在本院分娩的产妇60名为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用自然分娩方式,观察组采用无痛分娩方式,比较两组产妇的疼痛评分情况、各产程时间及妊娠结局。结果观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇总产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇产后出血率及新生儿窒息率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用无痛分娩方式,能缓解产妇疼痛情况,缩短产妇分娩产程,降低剖宫产率,促进产妇顺利分娩。

Objective To investigate the effect of painless childbirth on labor process and pregnancy outcome.Methods 60 parturients from January 2019 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.All parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was used natural delivery mode,and the observation group was used painless delivery mode.The pain scores,labor time and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total labor time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups.Conclusion Painless delivery can relieve maternal pain,shorten the delivery process,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and promote smooth delivery.
