手术联合祛毒生肌汤加热熏洗治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of surgery combined with Qudu Shengji decoction in heating and fumigation for treating perianal abscess

目的探讨手术联合祛毒生肌汤加热熏洗治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的肛周脓肿患者70例,按照奇偶法分为对照组(n=35,采用肛周脓肿根治术联合高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗)和观察组(n=35,肛周脓肿根治术联合祛毒生肌汤加热熏洗治疗),比较两组患者创面愈合、疼痛情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后拔管时间、肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术后3、7 d VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿根治术联合祛毒生肌汤加热熏洗治疗肛周脓肿效果显著,创面愈合迅速,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgery combined with Qudu Shengji decoction on heating and fumigation for treating perianal abscess.Methods 70 patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=35,perianal abscess radical resection combined with permanganate potassium solution bath treatment)and observation group(n=35,radical anal abscess combined with Qudu Shengji decoction heating and fumigation treatment)according to the digital parity method.The wound healing,pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The extubation time,granulation growth time,wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The VAS scores of the 3 d and 7 d postoperative pain in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perianal abscess radical cure combined with Qudu Shengji decoction heating and fumigation treatment has obvious effects on perianal abscess,and the wound heals quickly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
