瑞格列奈联合降糖饮在老年2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of repaglinide and Jiangtang decoction in senile type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with metabolic syndrome

目的分析瑞格列奈联合降糖饮在老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢综合征(MS)中的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月在本院接受诊治的老年T2DM合并MS患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗+瑞格列奈治疗,研究组给予常规治疗+瑞格列奈+降糖饮治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖、血脂、胰岛β细胞功能、中医证候积分。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞格列奈联合降糖饮可调节老年T2DM合并MS患者血糖、血脂,改善患者胰岛β细胞功能,降低中医证候积分。

Objective To analyze the application value of repaglinide and Jiangtang decoction in senile type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 80 senile patients with T2DM combined with MS who treated in the hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment+repaglinide,and research group was treated with routine treatment+repaglinide+Jiangtang decoction.The blood glucose,blood lipid,pancreatic β-cell function,TCM syndrome score were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in two groups decreased,and research group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and pancreaticβ-cell function index(HOMA-β)in two groups all increased,and research group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in two groups decreased,and research group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Repaglinide and Jiangtang decoction for senile patients with T2DM combined with MS can regulate blood glucose and blood lipid,improve pancreaticβ-cell function,and decrease TCM syndrome score.
