全瓷高嵌体用于根管治疗后牙牙体修复的临床分析

Clinical analysis of all-porcelain high inlay in root canal therapy for dental restoration of posterior teeth

目的探讨全瓷高嵌体用于根管治疗后牙牙体修复的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月在本院进行治疗的后牙牙体修复患者42例(50颗牙),所有患者均给予全瓷高嵌体修复,粘固剂选用双固化树脂水门汀,观察分析所有患者术后修复牙体状况。结果表面光泽度优良率为90.00%,表面染色优良率为94.00%,颜色稳定性和透明性优良率为86.00%,修复体固位与断裂优良率为92.00%,边缘密合度优良率为84.00%,邻接关系优良率为96.00%,牙体完整性优良率为100.00%,继发龋齿优良率为100.00%,牙周反应优良率为90.00%;随访1年,所有患者均未出现全瓷高嵌体脱落。结论采用全瓷高嵌体在根管治疗后牙牙体修复中的应用效果显著,具有良好性能,满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of all-ceramic high inlay in root canal therapy.Methods From March 2017 to May 2018,42 patients(50 teeth)with posterior tooth restoration were treated in our hospital.All patients were repaired with all-porcelain high inlay,and the adhesive was treated with double-curing resin cement to observe and analyze the status of dental restoration after operation.Results The excellent and good rate of surface gloss was 90.00%,the excellent and good rate of surface dyeing was 94.00%,the excellent and good rate of color stability and transparency was 86.00%,the excellent and good rate of retention and fracture was 92.00%.The excellent and good rate of marginal tightness,adjacent relationship,tooth integrity,secondary dental caries and periodontal reaction was 84.00%,96.00%,100.00%,100.00%and 90.00%,respectively.All patients were followed up for 1 year,and did not appear all ceramic onlays fall off.Conclusion The application of all-ceramic high inlay in root canal therapy is effective,good performance and high satisfaction.
