摘要
为探究路易斯安娜鸢尾‘Pastiche’对污水的净化作用,将其种植于3种不同浓度的富营养化污水中,通过检测其叶片在生长期内N含量的变化及其污水的理化指标,分析鸢尾‘Pastiche’在富营养化污水中的生长情况及其对富营养化污水的净化作用.结果显示:①富营养化污水的盐分浓度对路易斯安娜鸢尾‘Pastiche’叶片的N含量有直接影响,鸢尾‘Pastiche’叶片在处理Ⅱ中的N含量显著高于在处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅲ和CK中叶片的N素含量.②生长前期,处理I和处理Ⅱ中鸢尾‘Pastiche’叶片中N的含量与CK中的叶片N含量没有显著差异,但在处理Ⅲ与CK中鸢尾‘Pastiche’叶片的N含量差异显著;在生长后期,鸢尾‘Pastiche’叶片在3种处理和CK中的N含量均有所下降,但处理Ⅱ中的下降幅度小于其他处理.以上结果表明:路易斯安娜鸢尾‘Pastiche’在3种不同浓度的富营养化污水中均能良好生长,且对这3种不同浓度的富营养化污水均具有净化作用;对N的净化率处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ.
To explore the effect of Louisiana Iris‘Pastiche’on the purification of wastewater,it was planted in three different concentrations of eutrophication sewage,and the content of N in its leaves during the growing period. The physical and chemical indexes of the sewage were detected to analyse of the growth of Iris‘ Pastiche’in eutrophication sewage and its purification effect on eutrophication sewage. The results show that:① The salt concentration of eutrophication sewage has a direct effect on the N content in the leaves of Louisiana Iris‘Pastiche’. The N content of Iris‘Pastiche’leaves in treatment Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in treatmentⅠ,treatment Ⅲ and CK.②In the early stage of growth,there was no significant difference in N content between Iris‘Pastiche’leaves in treatment I and treatment Ⅱ and that in CK,but there was a significant difference in N content in Iris‘Pastiche’leaves between treatment Ⅲ and CK. In the later stage of growth,the N content of Iris‘Pastiche’leaves decreased in all three treatments and CK,but the decrease in treatment Ⅱ was less than that in other treatments. The above results showed that Louisiana Iris‘Pastiche’could grow well in three different concentrations of eutrophication sewage,and can purify the three different concentrations of eutrophication sewage. The purification level of N is as follows:treatment Ⅲ > treatment Ⅱ > treatment Ⅰ.
