轻钢龙骨聚氨酯外墙挂板抗弯性能模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对一种新型的轻钢结构外墙挂板,根据轻钢龙骨聚氨酯外墙挂板的荷载挠度曲线以及刚度变化规律,对墙板模型的抗弯性能进行分析.在此基础上共设计了5组共12个试件进行数值模拟,研究了龙骨高度、龙骨布置间距以及采用的钢筋等级和钢筋直径等因素对墙板抗弯性能的影响.结果表明,随着龙骨的高度增加或者布置间距的减小墙体刚度有较大提升;随着钢筋等级的提升或钢筋直径的加大对墙板抗弯荷载提升较大.研究可知,轻钢龙骨聚氨酯外墙挂板的轻钢龙骨选用方案灵活,可以保证墙板结构性能,适合作为装配式建筑外墙系统. Aimed at a new type of light steel structure exterior wall cladding panel according to the load deflection curve and rigidity change rule of light steel keel polyurethane exterior wall cladding panel,the bending performance of the wall board model is analyzed. A total of 5 sets of 12 specimens were designed for numerical simulation,and the effects of keel height,keel layout spacing,steel bar grade and steel bar diameter used on the bending resistance of the wall panel were studied. The results show that as the height of the keel increases or the arrangement spacing decreases,the stiffness of the wall is greatly improved;with the increase of the reinforcement grade or the increase of the diameter of the reinforcement,the bending load of the wall panel is greatly improved. The research shows that the light steel keel polyurethane exterior wall cladding panel has a flexible selection scheme for the light steel keel,which can ensure the structural performance of the wall panel and is suitable as an assembled building exterior wall system.
