异质视角下国际技术转移对绿色技术创新效率的影响分析

摘要 基于2008—2017年中国30个省市自治区的相关数据,将非期望产出超效率SBM模型与动态系统GMM模型相结合,从异质视角探讨了国外研发投入、国外技术引进和进口贸易3种国际技术转移方式对绿色技术创新效率的影响.结果显示:国际技术转移对绿色技术创新效率呈现显著的负向影响,且3种转移方式间存在明显的替代效应,国外技术引进对绿色技术创新效率的抑制作用最明显;国际技术转移对于各个地区的绿色技术创新影响方向和程度存在差异;绿色技术创新存在明显的循环累积效应. Based on the relevant data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2008 to 2017,combining the undesirable output super-efficiency SBM model with the dynamic system GMM model,from the perspective of heterogeneity,the impact of three international technology transfer methods,the impacts of foreign R&D investment,foreign technology import and import trade on the efficiency of green technology innovation was discussed.The results show that the international technology transfer has a significant negative impact on the efficiency of green technology innovation,and there are obvious substitution effects among the three transfer methods.The introduction of foreign technology has the most obvious inhibitory effect on the efficiency of green technology innovation.The impact of international technology transfer on the direction and extent of green technology innovation in various regions is different.There is a apparent circular cumulative effect of green technology innovation.
