摘要
通过对绿色建筑市场运行机制进行假设,建立绿色建筑市场政府、绿色建筑开发商和消费者三方演化博弈模型,运用复制动态方程对绿色建筑演化博弈模型中的参与各方进行了复制动态及演化稳定性分析,由此得出了不同情况下各博弈主体的策略选择.通过对博弈模型进行数值仿真分析,得出绿色建筑开发商的策略选择受政府补贴的影响较大,当政府补贴分配系数在0.47~0.56这一范围内时,绿色建筑市场三方主体博弈达到最优稳定策略等结论.绿色建筑市场的健康发展需要政府、绿色建筑开发商和消费者三方协同发力,在多主体协同驱动下运行市场机制才能保证绿色建筑市场的健康发展.
By making assumptions about the operating mechanism of the green building market,this paper established a three-party evolutionary game model of the green building market government,green building developers and consumers. The replication dynamic equation was used to perform replication dynamic analysis and evolutionary stability analysis on the participants in the model,thus derived the strategy choices of the game players in different situations. Through numerical simulation analysis of the game model,it was concluded that the strategic choice of green building developers was greatly affected by government subsidies. When the government subsidy distribution coefficient was in the range of 0.47-0.56,the players in the green building market reached stability strategy. The healthy development of the green building market requires the concerted efforts of the government,green building developers and consumers,and the market mechanism driven by multi-agent collaboration can ensure the healthy development of the green building market.
