BT:Sure.From the 1995 Envir onment Act,the main purposes of desig nation for national parks in England are:1)conserve and enhanee the natural beauty,wildlife and cultural heritage;2)promote opportunities for understanding and enjoyment of the special qualities of the area by the public.In pursuing those,we also have a duty to seek to foster the social and economic well-being of local communities across the park.
