蛇串疮后遗症经耳背静脉割治后效果分析

Effect analysis of auricle cutting method in the treatment of sequela of snake string sore

目的探究蛇串疮后遗症经耳背静脉割治放血治疗后的临床效果。方法150例蛇串疮后遗症神经痛患者,通过随机数字表法分成耳背放血组、耳穴压丸组与单纯药物组,每组50例。单纯药物组口服甲钴胺片及洛芬待因缓释片治疗,耳背放血组在单纯药物组治疗的基础上加以耳背静脉割治放血治疗,耳穴压丸组在单纯药物组治疗的基础上加以耳穴压丸治疗。观察三组患者的脱落及不良反应发生情况,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、McGill疼痛问卷表(MPQ)评分,临床疗效。结果治疗后,三组患者的VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且耳背放血组(3.09±2.03)分低于耳穴压丸组的(4.15±1.87)分及单纯药物组的(5.29±2.15)分,耳穴压丸组低于单纯药物组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者的PSQI评分均高于本组治疗前,且耳背放血组(8.65±1.49)分高于耳穴压丸组的(7.53±1.32)分及单纯药物组的(6.32±1.57)分,耳穴压丸组高于单纯药物组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者的MPQ评分均低于本组治疗前,且耳背放血组(6.83±3.85)分低于耳穴压丸组的(9.97±4.02)分及单纯药物组的(12.88±3.63)分,耳穴压丸组低于单纯药物组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳背放血组的总有效率为87.76%,高于单纯药物组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);耳背放血组与耳穴压丸组,耳穴压丸组与单纯药物组的总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蛇串疮后遗症患者的神经痛症状经耳背静脉割治放血治疗后疗效提高,既安全又有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricle cutting method in the treatment of sequela of snake string sore.Methods A total of 150 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were divided into pin bloodletting group,auricular-plaster group and simple drug group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Simple drug group was treated by oral mecobalamin tablets and lofenadine sustained release tablets,pin bloodletting group was treated by auricle cutting method on the basis of simple drug group,and auricularplaster group was treated by auricular-plaster on the basis of simple drug group.The occurrence of withdrawal andadverse reactions,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,McGill pain questionnaire(MPQ)score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were observed among the three groups.Results After treatment,VAS score of three groups was lower than that before treatment,pin bloodletting group(3.09±2.03)points was lower than that auricular-plaster group(4.15±1.87)points and simple drug group(5.29±2.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score of three groups was higher than that before treatment,and pin bloodletting group(8.65±1.49)points was higher than that auricular-plaster group(7.53±1.32)points and simple drug group(6.32±1.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MPQ score of three groups was lower than that before treatment,pin bloodletting group(6.83±3.85)points was lower than that auricular-plaster group(9.97±4.02)points and simple drug group(12.88±3.63)points,and auricular-plaster group was lower than simple drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pin bloodletting group was 87.76%,which was higher than that of simple drug group 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between pin bloodletting group and auricular-plaster group,auricular-plaster group and simple drug group(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricle cutting method can improve the efficacy of neuropathic symptoms of patients with sequelae of snake string sores safely,and this method contains clinical value.
