Impact of prenatal eugenics examination on birth defect intervention and awareness of eugenics

目的分析孕前优生健康检查对出生缺陷干预和优生知识知晓的影响。方法选取200例孕前夫妻接受孕前优生健康检查的产妇作为观察组,另选取200例孕前夫妻未接受孕前优生健康检查的产妇作为对照组。观察比较两组的出生缺陷发生率、不良妊娠结局发生率、优生知识掌握优良情况。结果观察组对妊娠知识掌握优良率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的73.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为1.50%,明显低于对照组的6.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出生缺陷发生率为1.00%,明显低于对照组的5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施孕前优生健康检查,能够提升优生知识的掌握度,降低新生儿出生缺陷发生率,并减少不良妊娠结局的发生率,值得被推广应用。

Objective To analyze the impact of prenatal eugenics examination on birth defect intervention and awareness of eugenics.Methods There were 200 pregnant women with prenatal eugenics examination selected as the observation group,and another 200 pregnant women without prenatal eugenics examination selected as the control group.The birth defect rate,occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and mastery of pregnancy knowledge were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of pregnancy knowledge of the observation group was 95.00%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group 73.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of the observation group was 1.50%,which was obviously lower than that of the control group 6.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The birth defect rate of the observation group was 1.00%,which was obviously lower than that of the control group 5.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal eugenics examination can improve the mastery of pregnancy knowledge,reduce the incidence of neonatal birth defects,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
