老年上消化道出血88例治疗体会

Treatment experience of 88 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the elderly

目的总结老年上消化道出血的治疗方法及效果,为临床治疗老年上消化道出血提供依据.方法88例老年上消化道出血患者,给予一般处理、应用止血药物、补充血容量及其他止血措施、支持治疗,如治疗效果欠佳,转外科手术治疗.观察治疗效果.结果88例患者中,救治成功75例,死亡13例,死亡率为14.8%.结论老年上消化道出血患者及早做出正确诊断,明确病因已经出血部位,并给予积极有效的治疗非常重要.

Objective To summarize the treatment methods and effects of elderly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and provide the basis for clinical treatment of elderly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 88 cases of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were given general treatment,application of hemostatic drugs,supplement of blood volume and other hemostatic measures and supportive treatment.If the treatment effect was not good,they were transferred to surgery.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results Of the 88 patients in this group,75 cases were successfully treated and 13 cases died,with a mortality rate of 14.8%.Conclusion It is very important for elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage to make a correct diagnosis early,clarify the cause of the hemorrhage,and give active and effective treatment.
