摘要 目的探讨两种滤除白细胞(滤白)方法对滤白血液质量、一次成浆率及血袋破损率的影响.方法8600袋400 ml全血,根据滤白方法不同分为传统组和改进组,每组4300袋.传统组采用传统滤白方法,改进组采用改进滤白方法,比较两组经过质控检测的血红蛋白含量、白细胞残留量、储存期末溶血率以及一次成浆、血袋离心破损情况.结果传统组患者血红蛋白含量(55.50±6.07)g/L、白细胞残留量(0.62±0.70)×10^9/L、储存期末溶血率(0.10±0.08)%与改进组的(55.73±5.37)g/L、(0.60±0.77)×10^9/L、(0.10±0.07)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).改进组一次成浆率94.4%高于传统组的24.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).改进组血袋破损率0.05%低于传统组的0.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改进滤除白细胞方法对血液质量有保证,可减少血袋破损率,提高一次成浆率,从而提高工作效率. Objective To discuss the effect of two kinds of lekocyte filtration methods on the blood quality,one-time plasma formation rate and blood bag damage rate.Methods A total of 8600 bags of 400 ml whole blood were randomly divided into traditional group and improved group according to different leukocyte filtration methods,with 4300 bags in each group.The traditional group received the traditional leukocyte filtration,the improved group received the improved leukocyte filtration.The hemoglobin content,white blood cell residue,hemolysis rate at the end of storage after quality control testing,and one-time plasma formation and blood bag centrifugation damage were compared between the two groups.Results The hemoglobin content(55.50±6.07)g/L,white blood cell residue(0.62±0.70)×10^9/L,hemolysis rate at the end of storage(0.10±0.08)%of the traditional group had no statistically significant difference compared with that of improved group(55.73±5.37)g/L,(0.60±0.77)×10^9/L and(0.10±0.07)%(P<0.05).The one-time plasma formation rate 94.4%of improved group was higher than that of traditional group 24.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood bag centrifugation damage rate 0.05%of the improved group was lower than that of traditional group 0.23%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved leukocyte filtration methods can ensure the quality of blood,reduce blood bag damage rate,improve one-time plasma formation rate and improve the work efficiency.
