防污染毛刷病原学检查在肺部感染性疾病的诊断价值研究

摘要 目的探讨防污染毛刷病原学检查对肺部感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法100例肺部感染性疾病患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规检测方法,实验组患者采用经纤维支气管镜单套管防污染毛刷采集下呼吸道感染标本,微生物自动检测系统快速病原菌及药敏试验。比较两组患者直达肺部病灶率及防污染率。结果实验组患者直达肺部感染灶患者45例(90.0%),对照组患者直达肺部感染灶患者35例(70.0%);实验组患者直达肺部感染灶率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者防污染率为84.0%,对照组患者防污染率为64.0%;实验组患者防污染率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用防污染毛刷病原学检查对肺部感染性疾病患者辅助诊断,可减少院内耐药菌的形成,降低医疗费用,减轻人民群众的经济负担起到积极的作用。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of etiology examination with anti-pollution brush in pulmonary infectious diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary infectious diseases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used conventional detection methods,and patients in the experimental group used single tube antipollution brush of fiberoptic bronchoscope to collect specimens of lower respiratory tract infection,rapid microbial detection system for rapid pathogens and drug sensitivity tests.The lung lesions rate and anti-pollution rate were compared between the two groups.Results 45 cases(90.0%)in the experimental group had lung lesions,and 35 cases(70.0%)in the control group had lung lesions.The lung lesions rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipollution rate of the experimental group was 84.0%,which was 64.0%of the control group.The anti-pollution rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of etiology examination with anti-pollution brush to assist diagnosis of patients with pulmonary infectious diseases can reduce the formation of drug-resistant bacteria in the hospital,reduce medical expenses,and lighten the economic burden of the people.
