婴幼儿非伤寒沙门氏菌性肠炎和乳糖不耐受的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究婴幼儿非伤寒沙门氏菌性肠炎和乳糖不耐受的关系。方法 80例非伤寒沙门氏菌性肠炎患儿,根据尿半乳糖试验检测结果分为乳糖不耐受组和非乳糖不耐受组,各40例。两组均给予对症治疗,对比两组腹泻、脱水情况;转归情况;疗效。结果乳糖不耐受组腹泻、脱水症重于非乳糖不耐受组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腹泻次数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,乳糖不耐受组的腹泻次数(3.27±0.31)次/d多于非乳糖不耐受组的(2.05±0.27)次/d,腹泻病程(12.73±1.51)d、住院天数(7.95±0.42)d长于非乳糖不耐受组的(10.07±1.62)、(5.82±0.53)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非乳糖不耐受组的治疗总有效率97.50%高于乳糖不耐受组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非伤寒沙门氏菌性肠炎患儿乳糖不耐受影响患儿转归,临床需给予针对性处理。
