《区域供冷供热系统技术规程》是国内首部针对区域供冷供热系统应用的技术标准。简述了该规程的编制背景、编制过程、主要内容及重点难点条文,对规程中创新性提出的区域供冷供热系统负荷预测、经济效益评价、容量配置、多能源系统设计、优化运行的方法和指标等进行了详细解读。期望通过该规程的制定和实施,更好地规范、引导、促进区域供冷供热技术的应用和发展。
Technical specification for district cooling and heating system is the first domestic technical standard for district cooling and heating system applications.Presents the background,compilation process,main content and key provisions of the standard,and proposes a detailed explanation on innovative contents,such as district cooling and heating system load forecasting,system economic benefit evaluation,system capacity configuration,multi-energy source system design,methods and indexes of optimal operation.It is expected that through the compilation and implementation of the standard,the application and development of district cooling and heating technology can be better regulated,guided and promoted.
