摘要
厦门某大厦项目采用有基载的主机上游串联式内融冰冰蓄冷系统和大温差二级泵变流量空调冷水系统。分析了该项目空调水系统的节能技术。介绍了采用二级泵的合理性和出现的问题,以及空调水大温差的选择。通过对空调设备末端、冷水机组的大温差适用性分析,对比了2种工况(供/回水温度为6℃/12℃和5℃/13℃),计算了空调水系统的运行能耗。合理选择了该项目冷水供回水温度。
A building project in Xiamen adopts inner melt ice cool storage system in series upstream of main refrigerating machine with base load and large temperature difference air conditioning chilled water system with variable flow secondary water pump.Analyses the energy saving technology of air conditioning water system of this project.Presents the rationality and problems of secondary water pumping distribution system and the selection of large temperature difference respectively.Based on the applicability analysis of large temperature difference between air conditioning equipment terminals and water chillers,compares the two working conditions(supply/return water temperature of 6℃/12℃and 5℃/13℃),and calculates the energy consumption of air conditioning water system.Reasonably selects the chilled water supply and return water temperature for this project.
