摘要
目的观察盐酸哌甲酯控释片联合心理干预治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床疗效。方法将100例ADHD儿童随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予盐酸哌甲酯控释片每次18 mg,qd,晨起口服;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,联合心理干预,每次治疗30 min,每周2次。2组患儿均连续治疗9个月。比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的多动指数分别为(2.97±1.23)和(4.31±1.78)分,对立违抗分别为(1.02±0.37)和(1.76±0.95)分,注意力分别为(2.39±0.68)和(3.71±1.06)分,身心障碍分别为(0.99±1.07)和(1.45±1.21)分,学习问题评分分别为(2.62±1.45)和(3.74±1.59)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论盐酸哌甲酯控释片联合心理干预治疗儿童ADHD的临床疗效确切,其能有效地提高患儿注意力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 100 children with ADHD were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 50 cases per group.Control group was given methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets 18 mg per time,qd,orally in the morning.Treatment group was given psychological intervention twice a week with 30 minutes per time,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 9 months.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hyperactivity indexes of treatment and control groups were(2.97±1.23)and(4.31±1.78),the opposition defiants were(1.02±0.37)and(1.76±0.95),the attention were(2.39±0.68)and(3.71±1.06),physical and mental disorders were(0.99±1.07)and(1.45±1.21),learning problem scores were(2.62±1.45)and(3.74±1.59).These differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets combined with psychological intervention have a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with ADHD,which can effectively improve the attention of children.
