固体蓄热式电加热机组性能测试及优化

摘要 张家口某商业楼采用一种新型固体蓄热式电加热机组供暖,该机组以真空相变换热器代替传统的管壳式空气—水换热器。为了对该机组性能优劣性有一个合理的认识,提出电加热机组的性能指标,对该新型电加热机组进行测试,通过分析实测数据对机组运行状况进行量化,并根据量化结果提出多台风机同频运行的优化建议。 In a commercial building in Zhangjiakou,a new type of solid heat-storing electric heating unit is used for heating,in which the vacuum phase change heat exchanger replaces the traditional shell and tube air-water heat exchanger.In order to have a reasonable understanding of the performance of the unit,the performance index of the electric heating unit is put forward,the new electric heating unit is tested,the operation condition of the unit is quantified by analyzing the measured data,and the optimization suggestions for the operation of multiple fans at the same frequency are put forward according to the quantitative results.
