摘要
传统运管阶段的运维管理成本高、信息不能集成共享、成本模型建立不便捷。以BIM技术研究运维管理新模式,针对运维管理的五方面利用价值工程原理结合新兴科技的应用进行分析,寻找低能耗、高效率、低成本的新思路。
In the traditional operation management stage,the operation and maintenance management cost are high,the information cannot be integrated and shared,and the cost model establishment is not convenient.BIM Technology is used to study the new mode of operation and maintenance management.In view of the five aspects of operation and maintenance management,the value engineering principle is used to analyze the application of emerging technology,and the new ideas of low energy consumption,high efficiency and low cost are found.
