摘要
目的:构建医院预约系统规则库,实现全院级的检查一键式智能化预约,优化诊疗流程,实现资源利用的最大化。方法:根据不同维度,分析规则库的组成建立规则,确保临床-医技-患者多方之间无缝对接;实现6种智能化预约场景——服务中心预约、门诊医生预约、住院病区预约、医技科室预约、自助机预约、移动端预约。结果:全院级的医院预约系统规则库的构建遵循了医学逻辑,同时也符合医院的管理要求,确保了医院预约系统稳定、高效地运行。结论:系统、全面、多维度地构建规则库是保障医院预约系统运行的前提条件,同时也体现了临床-医技-患者多方协同的重要性,进而达到了优化诊疗流程、降低诊疗成本、保障患者就医体验的最终目的。
Objective: To build the whole level of medical reservation system rule base, realize the whole level of medical check one-click intelligent appointments, optimize-medical and clinical diagnosis and treatment process, realizing the maximization of resource utilization method according to the different dimensions of rule base of rule base is established, to ensure the clinical medical-between patients and various seamless docking, realize intelligent five booking-hospital service center on booking, clinical doctor’s appointments, hospital ward booking, self-help machine, mobile client reservation booking. Results: the rule base of the hospital-level appointment system was constructed in accordance with the medical logic and the requirements of the hospital management, and ensure he stable and efficient operation of the hospitallevel examination appointment system. Conclusion: a systematic, comprehensive and multi-dimensional rule base is the prerequisite to ensure the operation of the hospital-level appointment system, which also reflects the importance of the clinical-medical technology-patient collaboration, and achieves the ultimate goal of further optimizing the diagnosis and treatment process, reduces the cost of diagnosis and treatment, and guarantee the patient’s sense of medical experience.
