医院危险化学品全流程管理实践探索——以某三甲医院实践为例

Exploration on the whole process management of hazardous chemicals in hospital——Taking the practice of a top three hospital as an example

目的:通过实施医院危险化学品全流程管理,强化危险化学品的采购、验收、领取、储存、使用、废弃物处置等流程综合监管,提高危险化学品的管理水平。方法:通过分析医院危险化学品管理中存在的问题,结合危险化学品在医院的流通环节,加强各环节的管理;并以危险化学品基数管理、危险化学品标识、危险化学品安全数据表(SDS)、领用登记记录、应急处置物品配备、废弃物处理等6个方面进行评价。结果:实施医院危险化学品全流程管理后,危险化学品基数管理从原来的29.0%上升到84.1%,危险化学品的标识率从原来的17.4%上升至94.2%,危险化学品安全数据表配置率从原来的16.9%上升到98.5%,危险化学品领用登记由原来的49.3%上升至100.0%,应急处置物品配备率从原来的21.7%上升至84.1%,废弃物统一处理由原来的23.2%上升至100.0%。结论:实施危险化学品全流程管理,能够促进提高医院危险化学品的管理质量和水平。

Objectives:Through the implementation of the whole process management of hazardous chemicals in the hospital,for instance strengthen the comprehensive supervision of the procurement,acceptance,receiving,storage,use,waste disposal and other processes of hazardous chemicals,to improve manage hazardous chemicals.Method:the analysis of the problems in the management of hazardous chemicals in the hospital focus,considering the circulation links of hazardous chemicals in the hospital,then strengthen the management of each link,and evaluating the six aspects of the identification of hazardous chemicals,the SDS table of hazardous chemicals,the base management of hazardous chemicals,the allocation of emergency disposal articles,the record of receiving and registration,and the treatment of waste liquid.Result:After the implementation of the whole process management of hazardous chemicals in the hospital,the base management of hazardous chemicals increased from 29%to 84.1%,the marking rate of hazardous chemicals increased from 17.4%to 94.2%,the allocation rate of safety data sheet of hazardous chemicals increased from 16.9%to 98.5%,the application registration of hazardous chemicals increased from 49.3%to 100%,and the allocation rate of emergency disposal articles increased from 21.7%It rose to 84.1%and unified waste treatment increased from 23.2%to 100%.Conclusion:Implementing the whole process management of hazardous chemicals can promote the management quality and level of hazardous chemicals in hospitals.
