《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》和《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》的颁布,标志着全民健康已经上升为国家战略,健康产业已成为经济转型的新引擎,辽宁中医药大学附属医院充分发挥资源与区域优势,以从受精卵开始到生命终结期,闭环式维护全生命周期健康服务为理念,创新提出医疗与健康服务一体化产业发展思路与路径,对公立医院传承与发展中医药,提高大健康产品研发与转化能力,增加社会效益,优化医院收支结构,深化医药卫生体制改革、推进分级诊疗制度建设及提升区域内健康素质具有重要意义。

The promulgation of"Healthy China 2030"Planning Outline and"Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Service Industry"signify that national health has risen to a national strategy,and the health industry has become a new engine for economic transformation.Liaoning Chinese Medicine University-affiliated hospitals give full play to their resources and regional advantages.Based on the concept of closed-loop maintenance of full-lifecycle health services from the beginning of fertilized eggs to the end of life,they innovatively propose ideas and paths for the development of integrated medical and health services industries.It is great significance to develop traditional Chinese medicine,improve the ability of research and development and transformation of large health products,increase social benefits,optimize the structure of hospital revenues and expenditures,deepen the reform of the medical and health system,promote the construction of a graded diagnosis and treatment system,and improve the health quality in the region.
