On the Connotation and Implementation of “Financial Moral Education” for Majors of Economics and Management

高校经管类专业是国家财经人才培养的主渠道。随着时代发展,社会各界对财经人才的德育诉求愈加迫切。经管学科作为"新文科"建设的重要组成部分,具有科学性和价值性双重属性。经管类专业亟需以德才兼备的高素质应用型人才培养为导向,明确财经德育目标,强化专业思政意识,立足"三位一体"教学改革路径,综合显性教育和隐性教育手段,从育人理念、教育方式、队伍建设、条件保障等方面系统考量人才培养过程中的德育融入问题,促进专业教育与德育教育的互动融合,打造新时代财经人才培养升级版。

Majors of Economics and Management in universities are the main personnel for national financial and economic training. With the development of the times,social demands for moral education of financial talents have become more urgent. The discipline of Economics and Management,as an important part of the construction of "new liberal arts" ,has the dual attributes of science and value. College majors of Economics and Management need to be guided and cultivated into high-quality applied talents with both morals and professional skills,the goals of moral education in finance and economics clarified,the concept of professional ideology and politics strengthened,based on the "trinity" teaching reform and integrated explicit and implicit education methods. Systematically the issue of moral education integration in the training of professionals in Economics and Management is to be considered from the aspects of education concept and method,team building,and condition guarantee,the interactive integration of professional education and moral education promoted,and an upgraded version of financial education in the new era created.
