基于能力培养的动画专业人才培养方案构建及实践——以合肥学院为例

A case Study of the Construction and Practice of Animation Talents’ Training Program Based on Ability Training

模块化人才培养方案的构建是实现应用型人才培养目标的重要手段,合肥学院通过对动画专业需掌握的知识、具备的能力、达到的素质,按结构分解成若干个模块,构建了模块化的动画专业人才培养方案,并不断改革与优化。通过强化以"创意创业"为目标的实践教学体系,培养教师实践能力,加大产学研合作力度,推进人才培养与社会实践相结合的系列举措,形成了一整套成熟规范的应用型人才培养模式。

The construction of modular talent training program is a crucial means to achieve the goal of applied talent training. Hefei University has made a modular talent training plan for majors of Animation by dividing the knowledge,ability and quality that these students need to possess in several modules according to the structure to be constantly reformed and optimized. Through strengthening the practical teaching system aiming at "creative entrepreneurship" ,cultivating the practical ability of the teachers,enhancing the cooperation of production,teaching and research,and promoting the combination of talent training and social practice,a set of mature and standardized applied talent training model has been formed.
