光谱仪在发动机红外隐身测评中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 航空发动机红外辐射特征台架测试试验数据可用以评估发动机的红外辐射特性指标达标情况,进而优化改善隐身措施。光谱辐射计既可获取发动机的光谱分布,也可获取所需波段区间的积分辐射强度数据,本文研究了SR5000N光谱辐射计在发动机红外辐射特征台架测试试验中的应用,分析测试中的误差源产生机理,提出光谱测试误差控制措施;针对非充满视场条件下的发动红外辐射特征测试,提出黑体视场占比相当的光谱标定方法,标定结果同热图像测试结果一致,表明该方法的正确性,分析了不同标定条件下标定结果的差异性,得到了标定条件对标定结果影响较小的结论,减小了标定限制,拓宽了光谱测试的工程应用范围。 Aero-engine infrared radiation characteristic bench test test data can be used to evaluate the performance of the infrared radiation characteristics,so as to optimize and improve stealth measures.The spectrometer can not only obtain the spectral distribution of the engine,but also obtain the integral radiation intensity data of the required band interval.The application of SR5000N spectrometer in the test of infrared radiation characteristics of the engine was studied.The mechanism of error source was analyzed,and the spectral test error control measures were proposed.For the infrared radiation characteristic test under the non-filled field of view condition,the spectral calibration method with the blackbody field field ratio was put forward.The calibration result was consistent with the thermal image test result,which showed the correctness of the method.The difference of calibration results under different calibration conditions were analyzed,the conclusion that the calibration conditions had little influence on the results was obtained,which reduces the calibration limit and broadens the engineering application range of the spectral test.
