A-PRF在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除中的应用效果观察

Observation of the Effect of A-PRF in the Extraction of Lower Impacted Wisdom Teeth of Mandible

目的探讨在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术后牙槽窝内填入A-PRF(改良型富血小板纤维蛋白)的临床效果。方法对下颌低位阻生智齿需要翻瓣、去骨拔除的患者,选择了160例,随患者意愿分为试验组80例,在术前抽取患者静脉血10mL,制备A-PRF,在智齿拔除术后将其填入牙槽窝内,缝合创口;对照组80例,常规拔除后,牙槽窝内不填任何材料。术后第7天,通过调查问卷方式记录患者术后局部并发症情况:出血、疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍进行调查。结果试验组局部并发症较对照组轻,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论A-PRF在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用,可以明显减轻局部术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of filling A-PRF(advanced platelet-rich fibrin)in the alveolar fossa after the extraction of lower impacted wisdom teeth.Methods For patients with lower mandibular impacted wisdom teeth that needed flaps and bone removal,160 patients were selected.They were divided into two groups according to patients wishes.In the test group(n=80),10 ml of venous blood was drawn before surgery to prepare A-PRF that was filled into the alveolar socket after wisdom tooth extraction and the wound was sutured.In the control group(n=80),there were not filled with any material after routine extraction.On the 7th day after operation,the patient s local postoperative complications:bleeding,pain,swelling,and dysfunction were recorded through a questionnaire.Results The local complications in the test group were lighter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of A-PRF in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth could significantly reduce the occurrence of local postoperative complications.
