重组人干扰素α1b联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨重组人干扰素α1b联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2019年7月—2020年4月接收的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿70例,经随机数字表法分为2组,各35例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组用布拉氏酵母菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α1b,比较2组治疗效果、症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高,止呕、止泻、退热时间均缩短,IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎中联合应用重组人干扰素α1b及布拉氏酵母菌治疗的效果较好,可有效促进症状缓解,改善炎症状况。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human interferonα1b combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods Seventy children with rotavirus enteritis received from July 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,35 cases each.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii,the observation group was added with recombinant human interferonα1b,and the treatment effect,symptom relief time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups[IL-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)].Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment,shortened vomiting,antidiarrheal,fever,and hospitalization time,and decreased the levels of IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of recombinant human interferonα1b and B.saccharomyces cerevisiae in children with rotavirus enteritis has a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively promote the relief of symptoms and improve the inflammatory state.
