摘要
目的采用三维运动分析系统对健康成年人上肢摄水功能活动进行运动功能测试,探讨其可行性。方法选取70名健康志愿者参加本研究,按照身体节段法完成体表定标,采用Simi motion三维运动分析系统采集数据,要求受试者端坐于桌前,完成取杯饮水动作,计算获取肩、肘、腕关节在X、Y、Z三个轴向上的运动角度、三个关节的平均运动速度以及上肢运动轨迹比。分别于第1天和1周后进行2次检测,采用组内相关系数(ICC)对两次检测数据进行重测信度检验。结果受试者肩关节三个轴向运动角度ICC值为0.821~0.952,肘关节三个轴向运动角度ICC值为0.759~0.878,腕关节三个轴向运动角度ICC值为0.803~0.918;肩、肘、腕关节平均运动速度的ICC值为0.872~0.933;上肢运动轨迹比的ICC值为0.911。ICC值均>0.75,所测数据具有较好的重测信度。结论三维运动分析系统对健康成年人上肢运动功能检测具有良好的重测信度,可用于国人上肢运动功能评估。
Objective To investigate the reliability of using three-dimensional motion analysis system to test upper limb ability by drinking water of right dominant hand healthy adults.Methods Seventy healthy adults participated in this study.They were asked to sit upright at the table and complete the action of taking a cup of water to drink.Hold for 3 seconds after the cup touches the lips,then put the cup back in place.The test was carried out twice,on the first day and a week later.According to the 12-segment rigid body model of the human body,twelve infrared light reflector markers were placed over the body surface,the motion track of these markers was recorded by the three-dimensional motion analysis system.The motion angles of the shoulder,elbow and wrist in the X,Y and Z axes,the average motion velocity of the three joints and the ratio of the motion track were calculated.The intraclass correlation coefficient was used to test the test-retest reliability of the data.Results ICC of the motion angles of the shoulder in the X,Y and Z axes were 0.821~0.952.ICC of the motion angles of the elbow in the X,Y and Z axes were 0.759~0.878.ICC of the motion angles of the wrist in the X,Y and Z axes were 0.803~0.918.ICC of the average motion velocity of the upper limb were 0.872~0.933.ICC of the motion track ratio of the upper limb were 0.911.All of ICC values were>0.75,and the measured data by three-dimensional motion analysis system had good test-retest reliability.Conclusion The three-dimensional motion analysis system has good test-retest reliability for the detection of upper limb motor function in healthy adults and can be used for the assessment of upper limb motor function in Chinese people.
