舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻结膜炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of dermatophagoides farianae drops on allergic rhinoconjunctivitls in children

目的评价标准化粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗(SLIT)对儿童过敏性鼻结膜炎(ARC)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院42例采用SLIT治疗的ARC患者的临床资料,评估了治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月、12个月的鼻炎症状评分、结膜炎症状评分、用药评分及VAS评分。结果与治疗前相比,ARC患者的鼻部症状评分(喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒)、眼部症状评分(眼痒、流泪、畏光、异物感)、用药评分及VAS评分在治疗3个月时就得到了显著的改善(P<0.05)。并且,随着治疗的进行,其鼻部症状评分、眼部症状评分、用药评分及VAS评分仍呈现出持续性的改善与巩固(与前一次评估相比,P<0.05)。在SLIT治疗过程中,不良反应发生率为28.57%,无严重不良反应发生。结论粉尘螨滴剂SLIT可显著改善儿童鼻结膜炎的症状,同时可以明显减少抗过敏药物的使用,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)by dermatophagoides farianae drops on allergic rhinoconjunctivit(ARC)in children.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with ARC treated with SLIT were retrospectively analyzed.The symptoms of rhinitis,conjunctivitis,medication score and VAS were evaluated systematically before treatment,3 months,6 months and12 months after treatment score.Results The nasal symptom scores(sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching),eye symptom scores(itchy eyes,tearing,photophobia,foreign body sensation),medication scores and VAS score were significantly lower in patients with ARC than those before treatment Months have been significantly improved(P<0.05).As the treatment progressed,the nasal symptom scores,ocular symptom scores,medication scores,and VAS scores continued to improve and consolidate(P<0.05 compared with the previous assessment).In the process of SLIT treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 28.57%,no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion SLIT treatment by dermatophagoides farianae drops can significantly improve the symptoms of children with rhinoconjunctivitis,while significantly reducing the use of anti-allergic drugs,it is worth promoting the clinical application.
