摘要
目的探讨舒适理论对门诊患者药学服务满意度的影响。方法将2019年10月—2019年11月实施常规药学服务流程管理就诊的60例门诊患者作为对照组,将2019年12月—2020年1月运用舒适理论实施药学服务的患者60例作为观察组。比较2组整体舒适情况及药学服务满意度。结果观察组干预后简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适理论应用于门诊服务中的效果较好,可有效提升患者整体舒适程度及药学服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort theory on satisfaction of pharmaceutical service in outpatients.Methods 60 outpatients with routine pharmaceutical service process management from October 2019 to November 2019 were selected as control group,and 60 patients with comfort theory of pharmaceutical service from December 2019 to January 2020 were taken as observation group.The overall comfort and satisfaction of pharmaceutical service were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of pharmaceutical service in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort theory in outpatient service has better effects,it can increase overall comfort and satisfaction of pharmaceutical service of outpatients.
