摘要
首先建立了制动盘的有限元模型并通过计算得到制动盘紧固件的工作载荷,采用VDI2230对制动盘紧固件进行设计校核,提出了紧固件组装预紧力要求。随后详细分析了扭矩控制法和扭矩转角控制法两种拧紧方法的特点及影响因素,通过模拟组装试验对比了两种方法对制动盘螺栓轴向力离散度和精度的影响,同时研究了扭矩转角法中起始扭矩和转角两个关键参数对螺栓连接性能的影响,确定了最优的扭矩转角工艺参数。最后根据试验数据提出了制动盘装配过程质量评价策略。研究过程为制动盘螺栓设计计算和装配工艺制定提供了思路。
It establishes the finite element model of the brake disc,calculates the working load of the fastener,carries out the design and verification of the brake disc fastener according to the VDI2230 standard,and proposes the requirements of pre tightening force for fastener assembly.Then,it analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of torque control method and torque angle control method in detail and compares the influences of these two methods on the axial force dispersion and precision of brake disc bolts through simulated assembly test.At the same time,it studies the influence of the two key parameters of the initial torque and the rotation angle in the torque rotation angle method on the performance of the bolt connection,and determines the optimal torque rotation angle process parameters.Finally,it puts forward the quality evaluation strategy of brake disc assembly process according to the test data.The research process provides ideas for the design and calculation of brake disc bolts and assembly process formulation.
