摘要 车间调度问题的研究具有重要的理论及实用价值,为此研究了基于Multi-Agent的作业车间调度问题。对Multi-Agent系统及其在制造作业车间调度中的应用进行了简要介绍,提出了一种基于Multi-Agent黑板模型的作业车间调度方案,定义了车间管理Agent、工作单元Agent、任务管理Agent、事件Agent等作业车间调度系统模型,探讨了Multi-Agent黑板模型及知识库规则,提出了基于黑板模型实现作业车间调度管理框架。研究表明,基于Multi-Agent的作业车间调度策略可以实现车间资源的合理分配与调度,提升企业竞争力。 The research of shop scheduling problem has important theoretical and practical value,so this paper studies the job shop scheduling problem based on Multi-Agent.It briefly introduces the Multi-Agent system and its application in manufacturing job shop scheduling,and proposes dynamic job-shop scheduling scheme based on Multi-Agent blackboard model.At the same time,it defines job shop scheduling system models such as the workshop management Agent,work unit Agent,task management Agent,event Agent,discusses the Multi-Agent blackboard model and design knowledge base rules,and proposes the job shop scheduling management frame based on blackboard model.The research results show that the job shop scheduling strategy with Multi-Agent can realize the reasonable allocation and scheduling of workshop resources and enhance the enterprises competitiveness.
