摘要
针对企业复杂零件数字化加工过程中需要有效管理制造信息资源以实现共享和重用的需求,提出了一种复杂零件数字化加工信息集成管理平台。设计了平台业务流程,构建了平台信息集成模型和功能体系结构,基于CORBA/DCOM技术完成应用系统的集成,实现异构数据、信息的交换共享,基于Delphi 7和Microsoft SQL Server 2005等完成了复杂零件数字化加工信息集成管理平台的建立。初步运行表明,集成管理平台增强了企业对制造过程的管控能力,提升了制造过程中资源信息的协同共享能力。
Aiming at the need of effective management of manufacturing information resources to realize sharing and reusing in the process of digital processing of complex parts in enterprises,this paper proposes an integrated management platform for digital machining information of complex parts.It designs the platform business process,constructs the platform information integration model and functional architecture,and completes application system integration based on CORBA/DCOM technology to realize the exchange and sharing of heterogeneous data and information.It finally establishes the integrated management platform of digital machining information for complex parts by Delphi 7 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005.The preliminary operation shows that the integrated management platform enhances the enterprise's management and control ability for manufacturing process,and improves the collaborative sharing ability of manufacturing process resource information.
