电子装备三维工艺数据发放技术研究

Research on three-dimensional process data distribution technology for electronic equipment

摘要 针对三维工艺数据发放至下游阶段存在技术手段多样、形式不规范、数据继承难等问题,研究了三维工艺数据发放模式、发放途径和车间应用场景等,确立了三维工艺数据的发放形式、发放内容和发放要求,保证了三维工艺数据科学、合理、有效发放,提升了三维工艺数据在下游阶段的应用效果。 Aiming at the problems existing in the distribution of 3D process data to the downstream stage,such as various technical means,nonstandard forms and difficult data inheritance,the distribution mode,distribution channels and workshop application scenarios of 3D process data are researched.The distribution form,distribution content and distribution requirements of 3D process data are established.The scientific,reasonable and effective distribution of 3D process data are ensured,and the application effect of 3D process data in the downstream stage is improved.
