乘用车落地式油门踏板布置方法研究

Research on the Method of Floor Accelerator Pedal Layout of Passenger Car

落地式油门踏板以长度较长,与地面相连,转轴位于油门踏板的底部,所以踏板本身就是一个小支点,可以有效地减缓驾驶时的劳累,解放腿部的压力,增加舒适性的优势,正在逐渐被各主机厂采用;本文主要从踏板角度、踏板Y向倾角、踏板工作转轴确定以及踏板与周边距离这四个方面对落地式油门踏板的布置位置进行研究,以更好的发挥落地式油门踏板的人机舒适性。

The floor-standing accelerator pedal has a long length and is connected to the ground.The rotating shaft is located at the bottom of the accelerator pedal,so the pedal itself is a small fulcrum,which can effectively reduce the fatigue when driving,liberate the pressure on the leg,and increase the advantage of comfort,and has being gradually adopted by various OEMs.This article mainly studies the placement of floor-mounted accelerator pedals from four aspects:pedal angle,pedal Y angle,pedal working axis and the distance between the pedal and the surrounding,so as to better the comfort of the accelerator pedal between the landing machine and driver.
