前置顶自卸车是通过在货箱前面安装液压油缸,实现货箱举升的一种自卸车。前置顶自卸车相对于中置顶自卸车,结构更合理,性能更可靠,安全系数更高,具有安装维护方便,举升吨位大,使用寿命长的特点。随着前置顶自卸车的广泛运用,市场用户的高要求,如何将用户的需求,转换为设计依据。
The front-top dump truck is a dump truck that realizes the lifting of the cargo box by installing a hydraulic cylinder in front of the cargo box.Compared with the center-mounted dump truck,the front-top dump truck has more reasonable structure,more reliable performance,higher safety factor,convenient installation and maintenance,large lifting tonnage,and long sendee life.With the widespread use of front-top dump trucks and the high requirements of market users,how to convert user needs into design basis becomes urgent.
