摘要
分析了油缸塑料件的结构特点与注塑工艺,对油缸的注塑成型模具进行设计。完成模具的浇注系统、抽芯机构及冷却系统设计。模具选用一模一腔,中心浇口直接进胶的浇注模式。为保证模具的多方位抽芯和保证开模的同步性,塑件的斜孔和内凹结构选用了液压缸滑块抽芯机构;侧孔和凸包采用斜导柱滑块式抽芯形式;倒扣采用斜顶机构。冷却系统选用了产品圆周均匀布局冷却管道的方式,确保冷却效果的均匀性,并计算验证。该模具设计确保了油缸注塑成型结构的稳定性和运动准确性,表明了该设计是可行的。
The structural characteristics and injection technology of the plastic parts of the oil cylinder are analyzed,and the injection mold of the oil cylinder is designed.The paper completed the design of mold pouring system,core pulling mechanism and cooling system.The mold adopts a pouring mode with one mold and one cavity,and the central gate directly feeds into the glue.In order to ensure the multi-directional core pulling of the mold and ensure the synchronization of mold opening,the inclined hole and concave structure of the plastic part adopt the hydraulic cylinder slider core pulling mechanism;the side hole and the convex hull adopt the inclined guide column slider type core pulling form;the reverse buckle adopts inclined top mechanism.The cooling system adopts the method of uniformly cooling pipes around the product to ensure the uniformity of the cooling effect and verify the calculation.The mold design ensures the stability and movement accuracy of the injection molding structure of the oil cylinder,which indicates that the design is feasible.
