位移相关减振器动力学模型的建立

摘要 根据某普通液压双筒减振器的工作原理和阀系结构特点,应用Matlab/Simulink软件建立相应的数学模型。考虑位移相关减振器实际结构中旁通槽的结构特点以及与活塞阀系的并联关系建立位移相关减振器。经试验验证,建立的数学模型可以用来反映位移相关减振器外特性和旁通槽的影响。 According to the working principle of an ordinary hydraulic double-tube shock absorber and the structural characteristics of the valve system,a corresponding mathematical model is established by using Matlab/Simulink software.Considering the structural characteristics of the bypass groove in the actual structure of the displacement-related shock absorber and the parallel relationship with the piston valve system,the displacement-related shock absorber is established.It has been verified by experiments that the established mathematical model can be used to reflect the displacement-related external characteristics of the shock absorber and the influence of the bypass groove.
