某款配置手动变速箱汽车传动系统扭振模态分析

摘要 本文主要针对某款配置六挡手动变速箱的汽车,建立了从发动机到车轮整个传动系统的扭振模型,通过自由振动计算分析获得了各挡位工况下传动系统的扭振模态频率及对应阶的振型。进一步对比分析了不同挡位对传动系扭振模态频率的影响;最后对同一挡位的模态特征进行了贡献度分析,为手动挡车辆传动系统扭振调谐提供参考。 This article mainly focuses on a certain six-speed manual gearbox.The torsional vibration model of the entire transmission system from the engine to the wheels is established.Through free vibration calculation and analysis,the frequency of torsional vibration mode of the transmission system in each gear and corresponding mode shape are obtained.The influence of different gears on the torsional vibration modal frequency of the transmission system is further compared and analyzed.Finally,the contribution degree analysis of the modal characteristics of the same gear is carried out to provide a reference for the torsional vibration tuning of the manual transmission vehicle transmission system.
